Full description

  • Through regular inspection ensure that interior/exterior standards are maintained at a high level and that all safety checks are completed as scheduled. Where necessary advising your Manager on remedial action
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain good machine housekeeping.
  • Where you have responsibility for cash or stock, it is your duty to be able to reconcile and handle it in a safe and secure manner, completing all administration at the correct time and to the required standard.
  • Any keys issued are to be kept in a safe and secure manner and under no circumstances are to be left with/lent to any other person unless directed by your Manager.
  • Any alarm codes issued to you are not to be revealed to any other person except your Manager, if you suspect somebody else knows your code, arrange to change it at the first opportunity.
  • Maintain a close liaison at all times with the Manager, ensuring any unresolved problems are dealt with satisfactorily.
  • Observe the Company’s and Park’s Health and Safety Policies, ensuring that all health, safety and security regulations and procedures are implemented and complied with, providing a safe environment at all times for both staff and customers, reporting any faults where necessary to your Manager.
  • You will be expected to use your initiative to contribute to the maximum efficiency in the day to day running of the site.
  • Ensure company procedures are adhered to and standards maintained.
  • Ensure documentation submitted to yourself is accurate, complete and submitted on time.
  • Maintain the correct standards of dress and personal hygiene, so as to uphold the correct image of the Company.
  • To ensure that all machines provided for play are operated in line with current legislation and that customers only have access to areas which the law allows. Observe at all times BACTA’s Code of Social Responsibility and Good Practice.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by your Manager and to work in other areas of the operation, where necessary, during closed season to support the business needs of the Company.
  • To protect and keep confidential the Company’s business interests, except as authorised or required by your duties.
