The Tussauds Group decided to outsource the operation of their skill based games in 1994. The management chose another operator who did not meet the expectations of Tussauds. Skill based games operations were subsequently offered to HB Leisure in 1995 and HB Leisure drove up revenue 335% in year one. Following these improvements, in 1998 HB Leisure was offered the arcades as well and HB Leisure drove up revenue by 150% in year one.
