Pleasure Beach

Blackpool Pleasure Beach outsourced skill based games in 2004, as there was a perceived opportunity to improve quality and net revenue.  HB Leisure was awarded the contract.Spend per head increased by over 35% and in the first year HB Leisure delivered the expected improvements to the quality and bottom line. Following this success, Pleasure Beach decided to outsource all the coin operated amusements and family entertainment centres on the site.

HB Leisure won the contract and were able to deliver an improvement in spend per head of over 20% in year one, despite a very late operational handover. Once again a significant improvement in quality and bottom line to the Pleasure Beach.
