All the sites on which we operate our games are managed by dedicated, on-site managers who oversee every aspect of the operation. Our staff are fully trained in running the games and in interacting with visitors, ensuring customers get the most enjoyment possible out of the experience – and come back for more!
All of our staff are provided with HBL uniforms to create the right professional image and to reflect the high standards set by the company and its partner venues.
